Founder & CEO
Iman Bukhari is a change-maker and a mentor to many. She holds a Masters of Arts in Multimedia Communications, has over 11 years of experience working in the not-for-profit sector, and is passionate about human rights and education.

Garret Smith is a proud member of the Piikani and Kainai Tribes of the Blackfoot Nation. A graduate of the Centre For Indigenous Theatre and Founder of the Mohkinstsis Healing Camp.

Hunzah Hayat has a degree in Policy Studies and has over 3 years experience working in the not-for-profit sector. Her interests include political science, human rights, and community activism.

Megan Eichhorn is an impassioned advocate for transformative justice, anti-racism and affordable housing. She holds a Bachelor of Communications in Journalism and, since 2012, has worked in communications and marketing roles at poverty reduction and justice-related non-profit organizations.

 has a diploma in Professional Cooking from SAIT. He has spent his time ever since graduating working for SAIT at The Tastemarket Downtown. He hopes to one day open a restaurant.

Shay Barnden is a teacher who is incredibly passionate about education, social emotional well-being of future generations and Tina Turner. She is committed to being a life long learner and hopes to inspire her students to do the same.

Zara Kawa has a Bachelor of Nursing Degree. She currently works as a Case Manager for home care providing services for seniors in their home. Outside of work, she is learning Swahili and is passionate about travel, dance, and Marvel movies.

Yuvraj Singh is a community leader, volunteer organizer, student researcher and parliamentarian who has been serving the Alberta community as a member of various community boards, engaging in student leadership, a part of national youth development councils and by spearheading interfaith programs, food drives and debate/public speaking mentorship.

Courtney Walcott is a local teacher, Anti-Racism advocate, and community organizer. Since moving to Calgary in 2006, Courtney has seen many cultural, social, and political shifts throughout the local community that has inspired him to be a more active participant in directing transformative change.

​Michelle Casten Magbanua is a kind-hearted and passionate friend to everyone she meets. Her interests include singing and dancing, improvisation, and snacking at any time of the day. She holds a combined degree in Dramatic Arts and Education, with a minor in French.
